Requirements
- 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
- Demonstrated track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering tangible impact.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse) and Python.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence leadership and explain complex findings to stakeholders.
- First principles thinking approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to act as an owner, taking responsibility for results and problem resolution.
Responsibilities
- Define and understand business questions before initiating any analysis.
- Define key metrics, build reports, and run analyses for assigned business units.
- Design and execute experiments to surface actionable data insights.
- Drive business outcomes by delivering clear recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations counterparts.
- Own the analytical function end-to-end for a specific business unit.
