Requirements
- 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse) and Python.
- Experience with Metabase, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence leadership-level stakeholders.
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses.
Responsibilities
- Define and clarify ambiguous business problems before conducting analysis.
- Define key metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to surface insights.
- Drive outcomes by delivering actionable recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations teams.
- Surface analytical insights and drive decision-making end-to-end.
- Embed within business units including growth, product, AI/automation, or strategic partnerships to own the analytical function.
