Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse) and Python.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence leadership.
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses.
- Experience using tools such as Metabase, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.
Responsibilities
- Understand business questions and business impact before performing analysis.
- Define key metrics, build reports, and run analyses.
- Design and execute experiments to surface actionable data insights.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, persuasive recommendations for stakeholders.
- Drive outcomes by working with counterparts in growth, product, finance, or operations.
