- Proven track record of shipping impactful software
- Strong product sense with the ability to define successful, high-quality solutions
- Deep customer empathy and research skills to identify user needs
- Strong data fluency to integrate quantitative and qualitative insights into decision-making
- High proficiency in managing ambiguity with independent goal achievement
- Clear written and verbal communication skills to drive alignment
- Technical competence to understand product architecture and manage engineering trade-offs
- Experience with CRM and modern tooling such as Clay, Apollo, or Salesforce
Responsibilities
- Increase total ARR contribution by building the infrastructure that helps Owner identify, route, nurture, convert, and retain high-quality demand
- Build and improve billing systems, CPQ flows, Salesforce syncs, RevOps integrations, data stacks, lifecycle marketing engines, and internal communication workflows
- Evolve Salesforce infrastructure toward a headless architecture to improve team flexibility
- Build a platform enabling Growth, Sales, and Launch teams to apply AI across funnels for increased efficiency
- Create a unified lead funnel spanning Growth, landing pages, Unified Sales Register, lifecycle messaging, and workflows
- Partner with Engineering, Analytics, RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, and Launch to optimize the growth engine
- Develop instrumentation and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into growth metrics and lead performance
