Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience, preferably with SaaS products or cloud-based platforms.
- Proven experience designing, building, and operating scalable, reliable, and secure cloud services.
- Strong software design and coding skills with a focus on performance, quality, and long-term maintainability.
- Proficiency in web-based technologies and programming languages such as Java, Go, GraphQL, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle practices and enterprise-level engineering processes.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or equivalent cloud environments.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud operations at scale.
- Experience designing and working with distributed database technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence technical decisions and work effectively with diverse global teams.
- Experience leading technical initiatives and acting as a technical mentor for other engineers.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical leader throughout the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and design to implementation, deployment, and operations.
- Contribute to the evolution of cloud platforms and services, designing scalable, secure, and reliable solutions for complex data management needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain SaaS products using modern web technologies and cloud-native engineering practices.
- Solve complex technical challenges related to scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product teams, industry specialists, and global stakeholders to deliver high-quality cloud services.
- Drive architectural improvements and contribute to technical strategy for next-generation platform capabilities.
- Build and optimize services that integrate with widely used design and construction software ecosystems.
- Promote engineering excellence through high-quality code standards, automation, documentation, and best practices.
- Mentor and coach developers, sharing technical expertise and supporting team growth.
- Participate in improving development processes, DevOps practices, and operational reliability.
