Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of industry-related experience in ICT engineering, design, or related technical fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (advanced degrees considered).
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent professional certification preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of ICT systems, calculations, topologies, codes, and technical documentation.
- Strong experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to develop and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% within the United States.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee advanced ICT engineering design activities including conceptual design, technical calculations, and quality assurance.
- Serve as a technical authority on complex projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Mentor and develop team members through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing.
- Establish and maintain ICT design standards, workflows, and best practices.
- Support strategic planning, resource forecasting, and talent development initiatives.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align department goals and improve operational processes.
