Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in computer information systems, IT infrastructure, or related technology leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, cloud services, databases, telecommunications, and hybrid environments.
- Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing technical teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate resources and execute initiatives.
- Ability to connect technology strategies with business objectives.
- Experience managing service delivery, technical support operations, and enterprise technology environments.
- Knowledge of quality validation processes, compliance requirements, and structured IT governance practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business priorities (1–2 weeks per year).
Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure operations across networks, databases, cloud services, telecommunications, and hybrid technology environments.
- Manage, mentor, and develop infrastructure, security, and Service Desk teams.
- Ensure IT architecture, hardware, core systems, and support services enable employee productivity and business growth.
- Partner with business stakeholders and IT leadership to deliver infrastructure and security solutions.
- Oversee service delivery across multiple regions, including end-user support and service improvement initiatives.
- Support IT budgeting, asset management, reporting, metrics, and compliance processes.
- Drive quality validation processes to ensure alignment with quality frameworks and standards.
- Provide leadership during critical initiatives and support after-hours system availability.
