Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of experience in an industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of biocide applications and pulp mill processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Master’s degree (chemical engineering or related technical background preferred).
- Experience managing teams and developing technical talent.
- Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical challenges and provide practical solutions.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by developing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement and effective communication.
- Introduce new products and solutions aligned with customer needs and market opportunities.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for industrial applications.
- Coordinate with commercial teams to support order management, payments, and customer requirements.
- Ensure the proper operation and performance of equipment and solutions installed at customer sites.
- Monitor competitive activities and implement actions to protect and grow business opportunities.
- Manage spare parts requirements and support application performance across customer locations.
- Lead and coordinate a team of approximately 25 technical support professionals.
- Participate in safety, technical, and professional development training programs.
