Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in change management, organizational effectiveness, HR transformation, workforce strategy, or related fields.
- Proven experience leading large-scale technology or business transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies.
- Experience with workforce planning, job architecture, and role redesign.
- Demonstrated ability to influence business leaders and employees at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills using workforce data and adoption metrics.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools.
- Familiarity with agentic AI, automation workflows, or human-in-the-loop processes.
- Background in learning and development or skills-based talent models.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching abilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business-unit AI adoption strategies to drive productivity.
- Create stakeholder engagement plans and establish communities of AI champions.
- Assess AI impacts on roles by redesigning job profiles and collaboration models.
- Partner with business leaders to identify workforce needs and career pathways.
- Evaluate AI fluency and design targeted learning initiatives to bridge skill gaps.
- Coach managers on leading AI-augmented teams.
- Develop workforce planning insights for a 12–36 month horizon.
- Advise leadership on organizational structure and operating models.
- Promote responsible AI practices including transparency and governance.
- Build measurement frameworks using usage data and workforce analytics.
