5+ years of full-stack development experience, ideally in B2B SaaS applications.
Hands-on experience building multi-agent harnesses in production environments.
Proven experience building MCPs (Model Context Protocol) used in production.
Strong grasp of production system concerns: reliability, observability, permissions, and safe workflow execution.
Experience operating in both product and engineering roles, with comfort in scoping and independent decision-making.
Proficiency in modern technologies such as React, TypeScript, Node, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, and LangGraph.
Startup agility, specifically experience at an early-stage startup (under 20 engineers).
Ability to quickly pick up new tools and frameworks in a fast-moving environment.
Low ego, team-first mentality focused on shipping working solutions.
Clear, proactive communication skills.

Architect and build a multi-agent system capable of safely operating across core business tools like ERP, CRM, and analytics systems.
Build and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations connecting the harness to real business systems.
Own production system concerns end-to-end, including reliability, observability, permissions, and safe workflow execution.
Define product scope, make architectural trade-offs, and drive execution with minimal oversight.
Prioritize user-centric design to ensure the product solves real business needs.
Identify and mitigate risks proactively, bringing structured solutions to technical and product challenges.
Stay current with the evolving AI ecosystem, including agent frameworks and toolkits, to continuously improve approaches.
