Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Proven hands-on experience building and deploying multi-agent AI systems in production.
- Experience creating and maintaining Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations.
- Strong understanding of production engineering: reliability, observability, permissions, and security.
- Proficiency with React, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, and LangGraph.
- Ability to operate independently in early-stage startup environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguous project requirements.
- Ability to define product scope and manage technical priorities.
- Collaborative, low-ego mindset with proactive communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Architect and build a production-ready multi-agent system capable of interacting with business tools such as ERP platforms, CRMs, and email systems.
- Develop and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations to connect AI agents with business software.
- Own end-to-end production requirements including reliability, security, observability, and permissions.
- Build AI-powered product experiences utilizing LangGraph, Next.js, React, and Prisma.
- Define product scope, prioritize features, and drive execution as both an engineer and product owner.
- Identify technical risks and propose structured solutions for complex product challenges.
- Stay current with emerging AI frameworks, orchestration approaches, and industry standards.
