Requirements

- Strong Python experience, particularly for AI-powered applications.
- Hands-on expertise with generative AI frameworks like LangChain, RAG, and AI agents.
- Experience integrating leading LLM APIs and external tools.
- Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Expertise in event-driven architectures and messaging technologies.
- Experience designing and versioning RESTful APIs and WebSocket services.
- Ability to work across the stack, including maintaining React and TypeScript applications.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies in multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance core AI platform services focusing on scalability and security.
- Design and implement production-ready generative AI solutions, including intelligent agents and RAG pipelines.
- Build and evolve distributed systems using Node.js, Python, and Java with RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
- Integrate microservices and legacy systems while ensuring traceability across services.
- Design and optimize asynchronous, event-driven architectures using messaging technologies like RabbitMQ and BullMQ.
- Model and maintain relational, NoSQL, and vector databases with efficient caching strategies.
- Contribute to frontend enhancements in React and TypeScript to support end-to-end delivery.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues related to AI models and system behavior.
- Maintain engineering standards through automated testing, code reviews, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary product teams in an Agile environment.
