Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
- Proven inside sales experience or equivalent customer interaction.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM software.
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and prioritize competing requests from multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Creative approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Build quotes, contracts, order forms, and proposals using Salesforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Project Management, SMEs, and Data Sciences to ensure accurate pricing and product alignment.
- Maintain pipeline accuracy by recording and updating all relevant activities in Salesforce.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
- Research target markets, prospects, and key decision-makers.
- Coordinate with Finance regarding applied discounts and legacy rates.
- Manage and prioritize requests from multiple Business Development Directors to ensure task completion.
- Follow up with customers to facilitate change orders and study extensions.
