Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in fundraising and end-to-end donor management.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple writing projects with competing deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, globally matrixed environment.
- Sound judgment in managing high-value relationships.
- Prior experience as an alumni or leader from within the Teach For All network is preferred.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of corporate, foundation, and individual donors.
- Design and execute engagement strategies to deepen donor relationships.
- Produce high-quality written communications including grant proposals, concept notes, and reports.
- Optimize Global Development data management strategy and Salesforce platform usage.
- Develop project management plans for donor events.
- Oversee gift processing, online donation platforms, and record-keeping.
- Conduct prospect research and support budget management for the team.
