Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in finance, economics, business management, statistics, or a related field.
- Relevant financial analysis certifications are preferred.
- Moderate professional experience in a financial analysis or related finance role.
- Experience working with accounting software and financial reporting tools.
- Experience supporting finance activities within organizations operating internationally.
- Developing knowledge of financial drivers, cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Familiarity with international entities, foreign currency transactions, and inter-company accounting processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good planning, organization, and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage deadlines, work under pressure, and handle multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Extract and analyze financial data from reports to identify discrepancies, trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and control expenditures by reviewing requests against approved budgets and financial guidelines.
- Perform monthly account reconciliations and support balance sheet analysis activities.
- Analyze budget and forecast variances and contribute recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate financial inputs and analysis.
- Evaluate business initiatives to ensure alignment with profitability objectives and financial expectations.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities across processes and expenses to improve sustainable returns.
- Communicate financial insights clearly to stakeholders and support decision-making through data-backed recommendations.
- Complete additional finance-related tasks and analysis as assigned by management.
