Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or related financial analysis roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting methodologies, budgeting processes, and management reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable business insights.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, with experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, matrixed, and globally distributed environments with multiple priorities and evolving business needs.
- Experience working independently with limited oversight while effectively collaborating across teams and time zones.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational capabilities, and proven ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Proficiency with financial systems, reporting tools, spreadsheets, and business intelligence platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning activities for the India business unit, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and monthly rolling forecast processes.
- Own monthly and quarterly management reporting, providing clear insights into operational performance, regional expenses, headcount trends, and key business metrics.
- Conduct in-depth variance analyses to identify financial trends, risks, opportunities, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Partner closely with regional leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to support budget management, procurement decisions, and strategic business initiatives.
- Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate month-end close activities and maintain centralized financial reporting processes.
- Support financial oversight of technology-related expenses, including cloud infrastructure and operational spending where applicable.
- Develop financial models and perform ad-hoc analyses to support business growth initiatives and strategic decision-making.
- Drive process improvements and leverage FP&A platforms, reporting tools, and business intelligence solutions to automate manual processes and improve scalability.
- Contribute to special projects and provide data-driven recommendations to support operational and financial objectives.
