Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certificate.
- 3–5+ years of experience in retention, renewals, or customer account management.
- Proven experience as a closer capable of handling tough objections.
- Previous experience in a call center or inside sales environment.
- Tech-savvy with ability to multitask across multiple CRM platforms.
- Available for part-time hours Monday-Friday 12PM-5PM CST.
- Ability to communicate and maintain visibility on camera for meetings.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds.
- Background in automotive warranty, insurance, banking, or vacation ownership is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Consistently increase retention rates and achieve retention goals.
- Utilize listening skills to overcome customer concerns and objections.
- Reinforce the value and peace of mind provided by Vehicle Service Contracts.
- Identify customer needs and negotiate solutions to maintain active accounts.
- Educate customers on the risks associated with canceling their contracts.
- Identify root causes of customer issues and implement payment strategies.
- Communicate and interact with management and co-workers via video/camera.
