Requirements
- Sales Operations or Commercial Operations experience.
- Experience reviewing commercial documents, purchase orders, and customer T&Cs.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Customer Service.
- Basic contract/commercial knowledge (legal background is a plus).
Responsibilities
- Review customer purchase orders (POs) and Terms & Conditions before orders are accepted.
- Identify non-standard or risky contract language.
- Coordinate approvals with Legal, Finance, Sales, Pricing, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure approval matrices and delegation of authority are followed.
- Verify pricing, discounts, payment terms, Incoterms, shipping terms, and commercial requirements.
- Ensure all required documentation is complete before the order enters ERP.
- Act as the gatekeeper between Sales and Order Management to prevent downstream issues.
- Track approval status and ensure timely turnaround.
- Maintain documentation and audit trails.
