Requirements
- Highly skilled in React, TypeScript, Next.js, Three.js, and JavaScript.
- Proficient in backend development using SST, Drizzle, SQL, and Node.
- Experience taking a product from 0-1.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to own entire projects or large areas of the codebase.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, unstructured, startup environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical problems, constraints, and timelines.
- Experience building paid products and services preferred.
- Comfortable working AI-first with tools like Claude and Cursor.
Responsibilities
- Own key surfaces and services end to end, from concept through production.
- Use LLMs, Cursor, and Claude Code as your starting point to draft, explore, and scaffold components.
- Build and test implementations quickly with real patients and care teams to refine products.
- Translate product needs into reusable, well-architected patterns for scalability.
- Build systems that clearly communicate AI and automation actions to patients and providers.
- Champion performance, accessibility, and reliability in all shipped work.
- Document and share AI-native workflows to improve team efficiency and patient outcomes.
