Requirements
- Previous experience in GTM Operations, Sales Operations, or an SDR role involving outbound execution.
- Proven experience with prospecting, contact research, list building, follow-up, and appointment setting.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Apollo CRM systems.
- Exceptional written English communication skills for professional prospect interaction.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage repetitive, high-volume workflows accurately.
- Ability to work independently while remaining receptive to feedback and coaching.
- Experience with Dripify or Clay is nice to have.
- Previous experience with early-stage startups is nice to have.
- Experience in running nurture campaigns for deferred or closed-lost opportunities is nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily outbound messaging and prospect responses across Apollo and Dripify.
- Execute 10 to 20 daily follow-ups with engaged prospects to drive appointment setting.
- Track prospect commitments and update status in HubSpot to ensure accurate records.
- Monitor email and LinkedIn sequences to verify correct performance and identify technical issues.
- Build and enrich target prospect lists using Apollo, Clay, and other databases.
- Perform weekly campaign maintenance including list updates and metric reporting.
- Conduct nurture outreach for stalled or closed-lost opportunities.
- Support administrative execution for founder-led GTM initiatives.
