Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems, or equivalent experience.
- At least one year of experience in financial operations, data operations, or an analyst-type role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, and data manipulation.
- Experience working with ERP or financial systems, NetSuite strongly preferred.
- Ability to follow detailed, documented procedures.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies across large datasets.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume, transaction-driven environment.
- Comfort working in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Availability to work standard business hours, with occasional nights or weekends as required.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and audit closing allocation and payment spreadsheets for accuracy prior to import.
- Standardize and manipulate data using established import templates to update Customer data in NetSuite.
- Execute independent validation by comparing NetSuite records to source documents and import instructions.
- Import and export CSV files using saved mappings while ensuring adherence to formatting and validation controls.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies such as name mismatches, missing holders, or payment variances.
- Collaborate with Fulfillment, Relationship Management, and Tax teams to resolve import questions.
- Provide clear updates to internal stakeholders regarding deal status and data issues.
