Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems, or equivalent experience.
- At least one year of experience in financial operations, data operations, or an analyst role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, and data manipulation.
- Experience working with ERP or financial systems, preferably NetSuite.
- Ability to follow detailed, documented procedures accurately.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies in large datasets.
- Capability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a transaction-driven environment.
- Ability to work in geographically distributed teams.
- Availability to work standard business hours with occasional nights or weekends.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and audit closing allocation and payment spreadsheets to ensure accuracy.
- Standardize and manipulate data using established templates for NetSuite imports.
- Execute independent validation by comparing NetSuite records to source documents.
- Import and export CSV files ensuring adherence to formatting and mapping controls.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies such as payment variances or missing information.
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to confirm data requirements and resolve questions.
- Provide clear updates to internal stakeholders regarding deal status and milestones.
