Requirements
- 3+ years of human capital or comparable consulting experience
- Advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration or related field (work experience may be substituted)
- Experience with Federal agencies as a contractor or employee
- Proven data analytics and visualization experience
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Experience creating written documentation including reports, one-pagers, and white papers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other data analysis platforms
- Ability to travel to customer sites as required (less than 10%)
- Ability to apply for and receive a federal security clearance
- US Citizenship is required
Responsibilities
- Support the evaluation of client requirements and goals and contribute to the development of appropriate strategies, solutions, and associated work products to support the assigned task
- Support the development and implementation of data analytics and visualization tools and processes
- Provide day-to-day collaboration and input to team members on assigned tasks
- Support the design, development, and delivery of work products and/or deliverables
- Support the implementation of client-accepted recommendations
- Prepare briefings and PowerPoint decks, memos, and emails
- Maintain files on SharePoint/Teams and ensure version control and archiving of all final work products
- Participate in client meetings and briefings with key stakeholders
- Manage timelines, schedules, status reporting, and prepare monthly reports
