Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis.
- Demonstrated proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Data visualization experience.
- Strong foundation in statistics and analytic techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Experience working in the cable/telecom industry is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and present to senior leaders.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the management team to ensure business questions are clearly defined, scoped, and actionable.
- Leverage domain knowledge of the broadband industry to quickly understand issues and data context.
- Take ownership of critical projects from conception to actionable recommendations.
- Use SQL and Excel to pull and analyze datasets and turn them into actionable insights.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that track core KPIs and business performance for executive stakeholders.
- Translate analytic findings into a clear, compelling narrative supported by charts, figures, and tables.
- Develop professional presentations in PowerPoint and deliver insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
