Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience working with SQL environments and data analysis processes.
- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms.
- Experience supporting ETL processes and data pipeline workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy and detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly with business users, technical teams, and operational stakeholders.
- Experience working with healthcare data or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) data is preferred.
- Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI is preferred.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms, data governance, and security practices.
- Experience with Jira, GitHub, or similar collaboration and development tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and key business drivers.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements, KPIs, metrics, and success criteria.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.
- Support ETL processes and collaborate with data engineering teams to improve data pipelines.
- Validate data accuracy through testing, reconciliation, and quality assurance processes.
- Translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions and actionable recommendations.
- Ensure analytics products are reliable, user-friendly, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with BI, IT, product development, and operational teams to improve data solutions.
- Support data governance, security, and best practices across analytics initiatives.
