Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in large-scale Python software development.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in building offensive or defensive security solutions.
- Deep experience with network security, including reconnaissance and lateral movement.
- Proficiency with Active Directory, Windows authentication, and Windows internals.
- Strong understanding of network protocols such as SMB and WMI.
- Experience with relational (Postgres) or graph (Neo4j) database systems.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Ability to contribute production-level code in a modern backend language.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and ship new security capabilities within NodeZero.
- Develop honeytoken and honeypot creation, deployment, and detection logic for Tripwires and Rapid Response features.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Translate ambiguous product goals into concrete technical roadmaps.
- Provide technical leadership by setting code quality and design standards.
- Mentor and enhance the engineering team's performance.
