Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 12 years of related experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, IF statements, SUMIFs).
- Experience creating high-impact presentation materials in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Word, and Google Docs.
- Demonstrated ability to document, track, and manage complex customer programs.
- Strong proactive and self-starter mindset with ability to anticipate needs.
- Proven ability to build relationships and navigate internal cross-functional teams.
- Curiosity and passion for learning about payments industry and technology.
- Professional communication and exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily customer portfolio and ensure programs run successfully.
- Collaborate with AE partners to drive customer growth and retention strategies.
- Identify new upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maintain and grow revenue.
- Serve as a trusted leader to customers to help navigate the payments landscape.
- Create monthly customer-centric content including QBRs and executive briefing decks.
- Perform in-depth analysis of macro, business, and technology trends for key customers.
- Identify and implement opportunities for business and process improvements.
