Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2–5 years of professional experience in program management, account management, customer success, partnership development, solutions-based sales, or related fields.
- Proven ability to develop strong partner relationships, improve engagement, and support customer retention.
- Experience achieving revenue goals, business objectives, or measurable performance targets through proactive outreach and relationship management.
- Strong consultative communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems, inventory management platforms, online partner tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to analyze partner needs, identify growth opportunities, and implement practical solutions.
- Strong alignment with mission-driven work, integrity, accountability, and collaborative values.
- Growth mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and evolving program needs.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of healthcare partners as the primary point of contact, supporting onboarding, engagement, retention, renewals, and long-term relationship development.
- Use a consultative approach to identify new partnership opportunities, communicate program value, and support revenue growth through partner expansion and service adoption.
- Maintain strong partner relationships by addressing operational needs, resolving issues, supporting ordering processes, and ensuring a positive partner experience.
- Conduct regular partner reviews to assess satisfaction, monitor engagement, identify risks, and collect impact stories that demonstrate program outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to agreements, compliance requirements, partner activities, account history, and follow-up actions.
- Monitor partner compliance with program requirements, licensing agreements, and product usage policies while supporting corrective actions when needed.
- Support grant-funded initiatives through partner eligibility reviews, documentation management, fund tracking, compliance follow-up, and internal coordination.
- Assist with proposal development by gathering partner information, preparing program materials, compiling impact data, and contributing to reporting activities.
- Coordinate program workflows, timelines, and reporting processes to support successful delivery and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve partner needs and improve program efficiency.
