Requirements
- Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
- 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 1 year of SEO-specific experience.
- Proven B2B client relationship management experience within a digital marketing agency.
- Client-facing experience.
- Experience handling multiple clients simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project prioritization skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with WordPress, basic HTML, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMRush, and HubSpot.
- Self-aware, calm under pressure, and driven to self-improvement.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, AdWords, and other industry tools are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and projects for assigned client accounts.
- Proactively manage client campaigns by organizing internal and external resources to achieve results.
- Provide excellent B2B customer service to ensure a great client experience throughout their campaign.
- Create professional and accurate monthly reports for clients.
- Conduct regular calls with clients.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the SEO, SEM, & CRO engineering teams.
