Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
- Comfortable with coaching and feedback
- Demonstrate a caring, supportive, and friendly nature
- Computer literate and comfortable working with multiple monitors
- Familiarity with Android and iOS mobile applications
- Results-oriented with problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through inbound calls, outbound calls, and email channels
- Identify customer needs through active listening and follow-up questions
- Research answers to customer inquiries using the provided knowledgebase
- Document customer needs, interactions, and outcomes in the appropriate system
- Deliver exceptional service to create a positive customer experience
- Participate in regular 1:1 coaching sessions with supervisors to meet performance goals
