Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Understanding of the value of coaching and feedback.
- Demonstrated caring, supportive, and friendly nature.
- Computer savvy and comfortable working with multiple monitors.
- Familiarity with Android and iOS mobile applications.
- Results-oriented with the ability to provide customer recommendations and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through inbound calls, outbound calls, and email channels.
- Identify customer needs through active listening, emotional intelligence, and follow-up questions.
- Use a knowledgebase to research answers to customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information.
- Document customer needs, interactions, and outcomes in the appropriate system.
- Deliver exceptional service to create a positive experience with every interaction.
- Participate in regular 1:1 coaching sessions to meet performance indicators.
