Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
- Understanding of the value of coaching and feedback
- Demonstrated caring, supportive and friendly nature
- Computer savvy and comfortable working with multiple monitors
- Familiarity with Android and iOS mobile applications
- Results-oriented approach to providing customer recommendations and solutions
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through inbound calls, outbound calls and email channels
- Identify customer needs through active listening, emotional intelligence and follow-up questions
- Research answers to inquiries using a knowledgebase to provide timely and accurate information
- Document customer needs, interactions and outcomes in appropriate systems
- Deliver exceptional service and speed to ensure customer satisfaction
- Participate in regular 1:1 coaching sessions to meet key performance indicators
