Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in AML and KYC reviews for corporates.
- 2+ years in crypto, preferably in ongoing monitoring of high-risk customers.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology and digital currency.
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment across multiple time zones.
- Proficiency with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
- B.A./B.S. degree.
- CAMS, CFCS, or CFE certification is a plus.
- Quantitative or technical degree is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Review high-risk client relationships for completeness and accuracy in due diligence.
- Perform ongoing monitoring, including counterparty compliance calls and transactional activity assessments.
- Update and enrich internal customer KYC files.
- Draft executive-level risk acceptance memos for high-risk attributes and red flags.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and business teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Leverage AI tools for risk summaries, memo drafting, and automated alert triage.
