Requirements
- Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.
- Expertise in interaction design, design systems, motion, and state management.
- Fullstack production range with experience in Python/Django, API design, and backend data models.
- Strong product and design taste with the ability to identify and resolve complex usability or performance issues.
- Platform instincts regarding contracts, failure modes, permissions, and observability.
- High agency and ownership with the ability to clarify ambiguous problems.
- Experience using AI engineering tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) with critical judgment and authorial control.
- Strong communication skills for explaining tradeoffs and documentation.
- Ability to translate complex stakeholder needs into durable product decisions.
Responsibilities
- Create high-craft, usable interfaces for complex, stateful workflows, design systems, and dense information displays.
- Build agentic customer surfaces to allow users to guide, inspect, approve, and recover AI workflows.
- Design human-in-the-loop interaction patterns for reviews, exception handling, and parameter management.
- Develop UI for workflow execution observability to make distributed AI processes understandable.
- Maintain product coherence by building reusable components and interaction patterns across the platform.
- Work across the full stack (React, TypeScript, APIs, Python/Django) to configure and debug AI workflows.
- Implement interfaces for permission-aware search, indexed data, and result inspection.
