Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in related positions such as Head of PMO, PMO Leader, or Delivery Director/Manager.
- Graduate degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- Expert-level knowledge of project and change management methodologies, techniques, and processes (e.g., PPM).
- Proven success in the adoption of Agile Methodologies across the enterprise.
- Knowledge of Organizational Design (Tribes & Squads) is strongly valued.
- Strategic thinking ability to manage multiple goals and deadlines.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development skills.
- Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and problem-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency with Asana or similar project management tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong business acumen and knowledge of marketing concepts.
Responsibilities
- Manage the company project management framework and improve process efficiency.
- Facilitate resource allocation processes to accomplish organizational Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Standardize and improve project management methodologies, visibility of progress, blockers, and risks.
- Align business strategy with project execution through smart information flows.
- Champion organizational redesign and implementation of Tribes and Squads matrix structures.
- Create plans to ensure the project management framework scales with company growth.
- Oversee the Trafilea Operational Framework and initiatives from the Working Better at Trafilea (WBAT) Tribe.
- Ensure Asana dashboards are utilized by leaders for visibility over critical tasks.
