Requirements
- 2–4 years of project management experience (agency experience strongly preferred)
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or accounts with competing deadlines
- Proficiency with Asana or similar project management tools
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets
- Comfort working in Slack
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A process-first mindset with a focus on documenting and improving workflows
- E-commerce or D2C industry experience (preferred)
- Experience working directly with cross-functional marketing teams such as paid media, SEO, or creative (preferred)
- Familiarity with reporting or dashboard tools (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily workflow for a portfolio of client accounts, tracking deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies across teams
- Keep projects on scope and on schedule, flagging risks before they become problems
- Serve as the connective tissue between Paid Media, Creative, Owned Media, and Analytics on shared client work
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date project status in Asana so the whole team knows where things stand
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in existing workflows and propose fixes
- Partner with the Lead Project Manager to design, document, and roll out improved processes and templates
- Support client communication around timelines, deliverables, and project status
- Maintain clear, current reporting on project health, timelines, and workload across accounts
