Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in international, fast-paced environments.
- Proven experience working with US companies.
- Hands-on experience in organic marketing strategy.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking growth through data and dashboards.
- Strong grasp of SEO, performance marketing, and organic growth strategies.
- Proficiency in content creation and copywriting.
- Proficient with SEO tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Proficiency with GA4 for tracking and analyzing inbound performance.
- Fluent in English.
- Comfortable working across cultures within a diverse, global team.
Responsibilities
- Position the company as a leading recruitment partner in the Americas by optimizing online presence.
- Manage on-page and off-page SEO, including keyword planning, content optimization, and link-building.
- Build relationships with companies, platforms, and communities to enhance brand reach.
- Create and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Track marketing performance, run A/B tests, and analyze data to scale effective strategies.
