Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in operations, logistics, supply chain, business, or equivalent work experience.
- 4-6 years of progressive operations, fulfillment, logistics, and warehouse management experience.
- Experience in direct-to-consumer package fulfillment.
- Fluency in Microsoft Excel.
- Deep experience with WMS systems and partnering with product teams to build functionality.
- Ability to influence at all levels in the organization.
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time to regional sites.
- Experience with Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) or Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a region of ShipBob fulfillment centers.
- Track and report KPIs for operational improvement and hold teams accountable.
- Develop and manage Operations Support Managers to drive implementation and activation.
- Provide professional development for leadership teams.
- Scope capital improvements and investments in machinery, technology, and software.
- Navigate evolving rules and protocols within the e-commerce fulfillment industry.
- Work with internal teams to establish internal SLAs to ensure merchant and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure strategic and operational decisions support safe, legal, and quality-compliant supply chains.
