Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in operations, logistics, supply chain, business, or equivalent experience.
- 4-6 years of progressive operations, fulfillment, logistics, and warehouse management experience.
- Experience in direct-to-consumer package fulfillment.
- Fluency in Microsoft Excel.
- Deep experience with WMS systems.
- Ability to communicate data and recommendations effectively.
- Ability to travel 50% to regional sites.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a region of fulfillment centers.
- Track and report KPIs for improvement and hold teams accountable.
- Develop and manage Operations Support Managers to implement ideas within 4 weeks.
- Provide professional development for leadership teams.
- Scope capital improvements and investments in warehouse technology and machinery.
- Navigate e-commerce industry rules and protocols including carrier requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to establish SLAs for merchant experience.
- Support partner evaluations with multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
- Ensure operations support a safe, legal, and quality-compliant supply chain.
