Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience designing e-commerce websites.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating full website designs and end-to-end project ownership.
- Advanced Figma skills, including creating scalable design systems.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first customer behavior.
- Experience working with direct-to-consumer brands.
- Experience in respected agency or high-standard design environments.
- Ability to design landing pages tailored to specific products and campaign objectives.
- Commercial understanding of how design influences conversion and customer confidence.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage project priorities.
Responsibilities
- Design complete e-commerce experiences including homepages, collection and product pages, and cart flows.
- Create scalable design systems to ensure consistency across templates and future pages.
- Translate brand and business goals into engaging digital experiences with a focus on development feasibility.
- Structure content to improve customer trust, usability, and conversion rates.
- Design high-converting landing pages for campaigns and paid traffic.
- Conduct structured UX and CRO audits to identify usability and conversion opportunities.
- Build organized Figma files with components, libraries, and clear documentation.
- Collaborate with strategists and developers, providing design QA throughout implementation.
