Requirements
- High School diploma with 4+ years of experience, or Associate degree with 2+ years of experience.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Haitian Creole.
- Must be able to read, write, and translate fluently in English and Spanish.
- Current status as NYSOH CSSIII, CSSIV, Team Lead, ARU, Task Admin, QA Coordinator, or MECM CRR, or at least 5 years experience in one of these roles within the last year.
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm EST.
- Reside within 100 miles of Albany, Rochester, or New York, NY.
- Maintain internet speed of 20mbps or higher for remote work.
- Ability to work on moderately difficult assignments requiring judgment.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the requirement gathering process.
- Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing scripts.
- Document and gather high-level business requirements and communicate with stakeholders.
- Create test plans and document end to end business test scenarios.
- Conduct research and audits to determine if system results are correct.
- Determine the impact of defects and establish mitigation strategies.
- Interface with IT to explain defects and support corrective actions.
- Provide software demos and presentations to customers.
