Requirements
- Two-year technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 1 year in formwork, shoring, or structural detailing, or relevant specialized training.
- Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English, written and verbal.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar 2D/3D CAD software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint.
- Availability to work a set schedule starting at 4:00 AM EST.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills for global documentation management.
- Basic understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) concepts is preferred.
- Experience working on international projects or with distributed global teams is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Produce formwork and shoring shop drawings based on the selected systems.
- Prepare pour break drawings, preliminary layout drawings, quantity take-offs, and Bills of Material (BOM).
- Plot and assemble drawings in accordance with customer and engineering standards.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams in India, Spain, and the U.S. to resolve technical issues.
- Manage RFIs and participate in technical coordination and delivery planning meetings.
- Review final drawings for dimensional accuracy, clarity, and technical compliance.
- Maintain and organize project documentation in Microsoft SharePoint and monitor project timelines.
