Requirements
- 4+ years of experience architecting, deploying, and managing cloud-based AI/ML solutions.
- Proven track record designing and operating large, distributed systems on AWS.
- Advanced proficiency with AWS services relevant to AI/ML and Generative AI.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock for deploying and scaling foundation models.
- Experience fine-tuning and deploying LLMs and multimodal AI using Amazon SageMaker.
- Strong prompt engineering skills and familiarity with rigorous model evaluation.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon SageMaker components (Pipelines, Model Monitor, Clarify).
- Proficiency integrating TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other ML frameworks.
- Strong data engineering skills on AWS (S3, Glue, Redshift).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD for AI/ML and MLOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and business audiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of production-grade ML and Generative AI solutions on AWS.
- Act as a hands-on expert and trusted advisor for customers running AI/ML workloads at scale.
- Translate complex business problems into secure, reliable, and cost-efficient cloud architectures.
- Convert one-off customer solutions into reusable patterns, playbooks, and internal tooling.
- Provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams to address product gaps.
- Operate as an embedded technical partner within account teams to drive technical outcomes.
- Deliver Cloud Optimization sessions, security posture reviews, and architectural deep dives.
