Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management at a senior or staff level.
- Proven background in owning developer-facing infrastructure or platform products.
- Technical depth in reasoning about distributed systems, runtimes, scaling, and latency.
- Experience managing products where reliability and performance at scale were core requirements.
- Strong judgment regarding technical tradeoffs like deploy speed and cost.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of bridging strategic and technical discussions.
- Proven ability to prioritize ruthlessly and execute in high-ambiguity environments.
- Ability to influence cross-functional engineering teams through trust and clarity.
Responsibilities
- Own the hosting roadmap and set a clear vision and sequenced plan.
- Ship a runtime that customers trust for mission-critical production workloads.
- Drive improvements in cold starts, autoscaling, regional coverage, and performance.
- Engage with customers and data to identify deployment and operational needs.
- Drive adoption and revenue growth for the Agent Hosting platform.
- Expand the runtime capabilities to support diverse agent types beyond voice.
