Job Details

8+ years of experience in product management at a senior or staff level.
Proven experience owning a developer-facing API, platform, or AI/ML product.
Strong technical depth with the ability to reason about model serving, routing, latency, and quality tradeoffs.
Experience managing products where cost, performance, and vendor or provider tradeoffs were central.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams through clarity, trust, and good judgment.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of bridging strategic board-level conversations and technical engineering discussions.
Proven ability to operate in an ambiguous, fast-growing environment by prioritizing ruthlessly and moving quickly.
Experience with model benchmarking, including performance metrics like Time To First Token (TTFT).
Familiarity with STT, TTS, LLM, and real-time model spaces or providers.
Background in developer tools, API infrastructure, or AI/ML companies.
Familiarity with voice AI, real-time communication, or telephony.
Experience with usage-based pricing models and cost or margin optimization.

Own the LiveKit Inference roadmap and set a clear vision for the product in partnership with engineering.
Ship a model layer that developers use by default by making it easier and better than direct provider integration.
Keep pace with the model landscape by deciding which models, providers, and modalities to add.
Grow the value delivered and captured by consolidating model spend and improving customer cost efficiency.
Engage deeply with customers and data to understand production usage and shape product priorities.
