Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT management, technology delivery, and data governance strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
- Proven experience overseeing big data cloud architecture, cybersecurity, and business intelligence teams.
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and enterprise modernization practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale technology programs with concurrent workstreams.
- Excellent customer-facing skills with experience presenting to senior executives.
- Ability to drive change and improve operational maturity in fast-paced environments.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and technical leadership for data governance, engineering, analytics, and AI/ML initiatives.
- Define technical strategies, architecture vision, and modernization roadmaps.
- Ensure technical solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance requirements.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering data platforms and analytics capabilities.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, executive reporting, and communication strategies.
- Oversee program performance, budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
- Apply Agile methodologies to manage development and operational activities.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, project artifacts, and risk mitigation strategies.
