Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, cybersecurity, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, IT compliance, information security, or IT governance.
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end security or compliance programs.
- Experience working with major compliance frameworks such as PCI DSS, GLBA, or HIPAA.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent customer engagements.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience communicating at executive and operational levels.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive, self-directed approach.
- Experience using project management and productivity tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, and Microsoft 365.
- Ability to obtain the PCIP (PCI Professional) credential within 12 months of hire.
- PMP certification preferred, or willingness to obtain within 12 months of hire.
- Must successfully complete a background check.
Responsibilities
- Assess customer compliance maturity and design scalable security and compliance programs.
- Develop foundational program materials including governance structures, policies, and procedures.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of compliance initiatives using adaptable project management methodologies.
- Manage project schedules, work breakdown structures, risk logs, and stakeholder communications.
- Own annual compliance cycles, including assessments, evidence collection, and reporting.
- Serve as a primary customer contact to ensure successful delivery and clear communication.
- Train and coach customer teams to develop internal capabilities.
- Create customer-facing resources such as playbooks, templates, and operational guides.
- Support virtual information security officer engagements by contributing to policies and risk assessments.
- Translate security findings into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
