Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of onboarding or HR experience, ideally within senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
  • Proven experience managing multi-site or divisional onboarding programs.
  • Strong project management, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and onboarding systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • High degree of organization, independence, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and operational considerations in senior living is preferred.
  • Commitment to brand stewardship and cultural alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate brand-specific onboarding programs across multiple senior living communities.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between People/HR teams, operations, and community leadership.
  • Ensure all new hire documentation, training, and files meet regulatory and operational compliance standards.
  • Monitor new hire integration success and provide ongoing support during the onboarding phase.
  • Collaborate with learning and development to track and facilitate required orientation and training modules.
  • Analyze onboarding feedback and metrics to deliver status reports to leadership.
  • Act as a culture ambassador, embedding company values and service philosophy into the new hire experience.
