Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Active, unrestricted nursing license in assigned states.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical leadership experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living operations.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving standards.
- Ability to travel 100% of the time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong knowledge of assisted living regulations and clinical compliance.
- Experience in medication management and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with systems such as Sherpa, UKG, OnShift, and SharePoint preferred.
- Registered Nurse (RN) preferred; LPN/LVN considered with significant senior living leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an on-site clinical expert and operational resource to community leadership teams.
- Provide hands-on support in resident assessments, care planning, medication management, and clinical decision-making.
- Assume temporary leadership responsibilities during vacancies, leaves, or transitions.
- Deliver side-by-side training and coaching to wellness team members.
- Conduct clinical audits, site visits, and operational reviews to assess regulatory compliance.
- Identify trends in incidents and documentation gaps, partnering on corrective action planning.
