Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Active, unrestricted nursing license in assigned states.
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical leadership experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living operations.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving standards.
  • Ability to travel 100% of the time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong knowledge of assisted living regulations and clinical compliance.
  • Experience in medication management and quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Sherpa, UKG, OnShift, and SharePoint preferred.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) preferred; LPN/LVN considered with significant senior living leadership experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an on-site clinical expert and operational resource to community leadership teams.
  • Provide hands-on support in resident assessments, care planning, medication management, and clinical decision-making.
  • Assume temporary leadership responsibilities during vacancies, leaves, or transitions.
  • Deliver side-by-side training and coaching to wellness team members.
  • Conduct clinical audits, site visits, and operational reviews to assess regulatory compliance.
  • Identify trends in incidents and documentation gaps, partnering on corrective action planning.
