Requirements
- High School Diploma with 6 years experience OR Associate's Degree with 4 years experience OR Bachelor's Degree with 2 years experience in healthcare, field sales, or related science/technical field.
- Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy.
- Ability to travel to customer clinics, hospitals, and offsite meetings at least 10% of the time.
- Ability to drive approximately 80% of the time within assigned territory.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs frequently.
- Ability to wear 7-9 lbs of lead protection for extended periods in the operating room.
- Competency with Microsoft Office tools and Salesforce.
- Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Complete CRM Field Technical Training including online and field-based modules.
- Perform checks and interrogations of CRM medical device systems.
- Support implants of CRM products.
- Provide on-call troubleshooting support as needed on evenings and weekends.
- Manage patient registration, hospital documentation, and inventory logistics.
- Educate physicians, hospital personnel, and staff on products and solutions.
- Partner with sales teams to learn market dynamics and identify customer needs.
- Assist in obtaining customer purchase orders.
